Returns & Refunds Policy:

At MAB, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. We are happy to assist you with your requests in accordance with the following terms:

Return and Exchange Period:

Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

Product Condition: Items must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, and free from any odors).

Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Original Tags: All original tags and labels must remain attached to the garments.

Faulty item: In the event of a manufacturing defect,please notify us immediately, including a clear photo of the defect.

Proof of Purchase: The original invoice or proof of purchase/payment must be presented.

"We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements at our sole discretion"

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

To ensure the safety of children and public health standards, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Misuse or Improper Care: Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect washing/laundering procedures.

Altered Items: Any item that has been modified, tailored, or had its original features altered.

Return and Exchange Process:

Product Inspection: All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet the conditions mentioned above.

Refund Timeline: Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to you within 5 Business days.

Exchange Policy: When choosing an alternative product, the following applies:

If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.

If the new item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to the customer.

Return Costs:

Size or Color Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item (for a different size or color) For non-defective exchanges, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees.

Faulty item or Order Errors: In the event of a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was delivered, MAB will cover all shipping costs (both ways).

Refund Methods: Approved refunds will be issued via Electronic Wallets or InstaPay within 2 to 5 Business days.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

نحن في MAB نسعى دائماً لتقديم تجربة تسوق مرضية تماماً عن مشترياتك، ويسعدنا مساعدتك وفقاً للشروط التالية:

فترة الاستبدال والاسترجاع:

يمكنك استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلامك للمنتج، بشرط أن يكون في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم أو متضرر.

شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع:

ان تكون القطعة بحالتها الاصلية ( غير مستعملة / غير مغسولة وخالية من أي روائح ).

ان تكون القطعة في غلافها الاصلي

وجود كافة الملصقات الأصلية (Tags) على الملابس.

في حالة وجود عيوب في التصنيع، يجب إخطار الشركة وإرسال صورة توضح العيب.

يجب تقديم الفاتورة الأصلية أو مستند الشراء أو الدفع كإثبات.

(نحتفظ بالحق في رفض إرجاع أي بضاعة لا تستوفي الشروط المذكورة أعلاه وفقًا لتقديرنا الخاص).

حالات لا يسمح فيها الاستبدال او الاسترجاع :

حفاظاً علي سلامة الاطفال و الصحة العامة لا يمكننا استرجاع الفئات التالية

القطع التي تعرضت للتلف نتيجة سوء الاستخدام او الغسيل الخاطئ

حفاظاً على سلامة الأطفال والصحة العامة، لا يمكننا استرجاع القطع في الحالات التالية:

القطع التي تعرضت للتلف نتيجة سوء الاستخدام أو الغسيل الخاطئ.

أي قطعة تم التعديل عليها أو تغيير معالمها.

عملية الاستبدال والاسترجاع:

يتم فحص المنتج المُعاد للتأكد من استيفائه للشروط المذكورة

عند الموافقة على الاسترجاع، سيتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 5 ايام عمل.

في حالة الاستبدال، يمكنك اختيار منتج بديل من نفس القيمة أو أعلى مع دفع الفرق (إن وجد) أو أقل مع دفع الفرق للعميل (إن وجد).

تكاليف الإرجاع:

في حالة رغبة العميل في التبديل (تغيير المقاس او اللون) دون وجود عيب يتحمل العميل تكلفة مصاريف الشحن.

في حالة وجود عيب صناعة أو خطأ في الطلب: نتحمل نحن كافة تكاليف الشحن ذهاباً وإياباً..

في حالة الاسترجاع: يتم رد المبلغ عبر المحافظ الإلكترونية أو "InstaPay" خلال يومين إلى 5 أيام عمل.
